I know how much boaties love and cherish their boats. I was
the manager of Leask Motors Morrinsville where we sold and serviced
purpose built ski boats such as Ski Nautique and Mastercraft.
Like many similar ski boats, the boats we sold ran 3 and 4 blade
bronze propellers such as OJ and ACME on fixed prop shafts.
It was not uncommon for us to have customers bring in their boats
with a bent and buckled propeller to ask us, "can this be
repaired?"
Finding someone to consistently do quality prop repair work
for our valued customers was always a bit of a worry, that was
until we found Ric at Dunnrite Propellers. We knew when we put
a damaged propeller on the courier to Dunnrite it was going to
only one person. On getting the prop in his shop, Ric would advise
us if it could or could not be properly repaired and his quoted
price was always the final price. But of most importance to us
as a service centre, Ric's workmanship was such that we did not
have to return any Dunnrite repaired prop to be done a second
time.
